What if I want to use water sources other than an aquarium?
You can use any water source in ICP TestHub, including aquarium water, RO/DI water, tap, refugium, etc. We loosely say aquarium to orient users, but any water source is valid.
What is the difference between the mid-tier Colony plan and the high-tier Reef plan?
Both plans are functionally identical. The Reef plan offers the advantage of unlimited water sources, ICP test reports, and archived reports, providing flexibility beyond the limitations of the Colony plan. Please note that potential upcoming features may influence these distinctions.
Does the mid-tier Colony plan include 6 reports per aquarium/water source, or 6 in total?
The mid-tier Colony plan includes 6 active reports and 12 archived reports PER aquarium/water source, for a total of 12 active reports and 24 archived reports. The high-tier Reef plan includes unlimited active reports, archived reports and aquarium/water sources.
I am on the Colony plan, and have two aquariums already. How can I add my RO/DI as a water source?
You will need to upgrade to the Reef plan. A water source can be an aquarium, tap, refugium, RO/DI, etc. It is important to keep the reports for each in separate water source folders.
